This is his first self-produced work.
The eighth album released in 1981. Includes "Love is Only You/Barry Manilow 10", "The Old Songs/Futari no Old Song", "Let's Hang On", and "Somewhere Down The Road/Kitto, Dokoka de".
The Japanese title of this work is "10" because the Greatest Hits and Live albums were also included. Until the previous work "Barry", he co-produced with Ron Dante, but this work was produced by himself. He said, "It is the most romantic work I have ever made."
