The 11th album released in 1982. The single "Maneater" became Daryl Hall & John Oates' biggest hit, topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart for four consecutive weeks. "One on One" and "Family Man" were later re-cut as singles.

The album title "H2O", "H" stands for Daryl Hall and "O" stands for John Oates, and it also stands for the chemical formula "water". The album has sold over 2 million copies and has been certified double platinum.
