Yukihiro Takahashi's 3rd solo album from 1981 is reissued on vinyl!Remastered by Yoshinori Sunahara and cut by Bernie Grundman! This was his third solo album (1981), his first release after moving to Alpha. In addition to Japanese artists such as Haruomi Hosono, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Kenji Omura, he also recorded with Phil Manzanera, Andy Mackay (Roxy Music), and Tony Mansfield (New Music) during his long stay in London. This work, which projects Takahashi's unique romantic aesthetic sense onto the cutting-edge techno sound that continues from YMO's ``BGM'' released in the same year, is counted among Takahashi's many solo works. B2 is a self-cover of a song he provided to Sandy. |
