As the title suggests, this is a live album from a rain-soaked outdoor concert.
A live album released in 1976. Includes nine songs in total, including "Maggie's Farm" and "You're A Big Girl Now," four from the May 16th performance and five from the May 23rd performance of the second phase of the "Rolling Thunder Revue Tour" that began in April 1976.
The concert was broadcast on TV in the US and Japan (with some changes to the tracklist in Japan). Although the album's title is derived from the hit songs "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall" and "Blowin' In The Wind," which were broadcast on TV, they are not included on this album for some reason.
