This album, which also includes live recordings, is the band's first Grammy Award-winning album since "We Want Miles."
This is a popular album among fans because it features Miles's attractive trumpet playing after his return. Darryl Jones, who would later become a support member for the Stones, was hired as the bassist. It is interesting to listen to his changes and challenges, such as the use of drum machines.
