In fact, the album was completed by just the two of them.
This is the 6th album released in 1978. It is the 8th album as Paul McCartney's solo artist. Influenced by Denny Laine, a member of the group who has a deep interest in traditional music, this album has many traditional songs. Denny Laine is the lead vocalist on "Children Children" and "Deliver Your Children".
Members Jimmy McCulloch and Joe English left the band (listed as Manber on the album credits). Linda McCartney went on maternity leave, so this album was essentially completed by Paul McCartney and Denny Laine. At the time of its release, the soundtrack for "Saturday Night Fever" was literally a fever, so it only reached number 4 in the UK and number 2 in the US.
